Hello, everyone! My name is Tomoe Hotaru, and I've just been brought here. Does anyone know of any good places to stay? Alraumon doesn't want to stay here in this jungle.

You'd be better off with... Axoryi or maybe Sancity. Possibly even Tetha now, although I heard that there were lots of problems there at one point.

I'd avoid Neon if you could. There's still quite a bit of crime here.

That part's easy. Use the D-Comm's transporter function at one of the lightposts to take yourself there.
